Annual Board Meeting
Our next annual board meeting will be October 17th, 6pm at Sagle Elementary. Attendance is encouraged as several important issues will be decided such as road maintenance and our new policies and procedures document. Proxy forms will be available for those who can not attend.
Burn Season
Burn season begins October 20th. Slash piles burn fast and hot this time of year, have a charged water hose available when burning.
About the Association
The Canyon Creek Ranch Homeowners Association operates on behalf of the residents of the development. The purpose of this HOA is to protect and maintain the common areas in the development while maintaining fiscal constraint HOA policies are intended to keep Canyon Creek a visually pleasing and desirable neighborhood.
